Welcome to the Three Rivers PTA website!

We are in need of volunteers to help make Three Rivers the best school yet! The PTA does great things for Three Rivers School from activities to Otter wants and yearbooks.

Volunteers Needed

With our busy schedules, it isn't always easy to make it to a meeting, but you want to volunteer for an event. Our school, our children and our PTA need help with many events. If you have just a few hours to dedicate, let us know! We will put you to work when you are available.

Annual Three Rivers School Spring Round-Up & Auction

Who: For Adults Only

What: 3rd Annual Silent Auction with Appetizer, sit down Dinner, Desserts, Alcoholic Beverages, Music & Dancing. This will be our Major Fundraiser Event, which will support Key School Programs, such as, computers for Three Rivers School library. These Programs are critical for students and teachers alike.

When: June 1,2013 from 4:30PM to 10PM

Where: S.H.A.R.C. - Located on Overlook Road off of circle 2, Sunriver, OR 97707, (541)585-5000.

How Much: $25.00 per person until May 15, 2013, after that the price will be $30 per person until May 28, 2013.

Tickets Include: Silent Auction for biding on amazing donations, Catered sit down Dinner by Bleu Bite Catering included with each ticket, more available for a nominal fee, Plus Music and Dancing

Who it Benefits: Three River Students and Their Families

The Parent Teacher Association needs your help to make it a success.

In the past few years, the parents and teachers at Three Rivers School have taken up the cause of helping to support and enhance the educational opportunities at our school. The auction has helped support additional arts and crafts projects, academic supplies, sound proofing the music room, new musical instruments, purchasing sports uniforms, supporting 5th grade outdoor school, classroom field trips, donating ipads for our computer lab, as well as providing community fun activities such as carnivals, craft days and dances.

Three Rivers is rates as an “Outstanding” school in Oregon! This is the highest rating given by the Oregon Department of Education! Thank you for considering your support of our outstanding
school!

By donating an item to the Three Rivers School Spring Round-Up & Auction, you will receive thanks and recognition from the children and parents, staff, auction guests and others within the Three Rivers Community. Not to mention the knowledge that you independently helped to improve the quality of education for Three Rivers children.

Here’s how you can help:

1. Please consider contributing an item to the silent auction. The item can be donated by you, your employer, or both. Some items that have sold well in the past auction include: gift baskets, gift certificates, weekend getaways, art work, jewelry, wine, décor items, merchandise, children’s items, food items, electronics and books.
2. Please mark your calendar now and plan to attend the auction on June1, 2013 at the SHARC facility in Sunriver, Oregon. Tickets will be going on sell soon and can be purchased on our web site at www.threeriverspta.org. We encourage you to bring your family, friend or colleague to this amazing event.

Silent Auction
This will be our major fund raiser for our school.
Three Rivers Walk-a-thon
This is a great fund raiser for our school! It involves all of the children and many members of our community.
Fall Carnival
The fall carnival is packed with fun for our children. From the Haunted House to the Book Walk and making Caramel Apples, it is a great day for the children of Three Rivers and their families!
Cookies and Crafts with Santa
The younger children love this activity, many crafts and pictures with Santa!
Taco Bingo Night
A family night of Bingo and Tacos, there are many great prizes and fun for everyone!
Ice Cream Fridays
We bring ice cream or popsicles to the school to brighten the children's day!

Ways to Donate

The Three Rivers PTA has many different ways that you can help, without spending extra money. From linking Three Rivers to your Albertson's card, E-Scrips, SchoolMall, Saving Box Tops and buying coffee from Bellatazza, your everyday shopping can help our PTA!
